Swisspower Renewables AG enters into a new partnership with a new shareholder, the UBS Clean Energy Infrastructure Switzerland 2 KmGK (UBS-CEIS 2). This will complement the existing municpal utilites with a strategic financial partner who has long-term experience in the energy and infrastructure industry. The fund will provide approximately CHF 100 million in equity capital for the next investments and will own one-third of the company. The selection of the investments and the portfolio management of UBS-CEIS 2 is the responsibility of Fontavis AG.
